Last Saturday I hiked up to San Miniato al Monte just outside Florence.  It was quite a trek, but well worth it.

 

While the Profumeria/Farmacia at Santa Maria Novella is pretty widely known and discussed, I don’t hear much about the Pharmacy at San Miniato.  It is a lovely stop and looks like this:

 

Inside the small shop to the left of the church, one can find all sorts of fine concoctions, including honey, jams, jellies, and vin santo.

 

More attractive to me are all the creams and lotions, essential oils, soaps…all the girly stuff.  I love these things!
