I’m daydreaming about a lovely Lucchese restaurant where the cuisine/wine list is fine and of course the pasta is freshly made.

The absolute first lady of opera: Maria Callas. How fortunate the world is to be able to click an arrow and conjure up the diva. In the vintage footage we hear Callas sing, as the character of Lauretta, the ever popular aria from Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi. Enjoy!

Well, it’s been a white weekend for many people! Here’s a couple more warmblooded Italian tv commercials to distract you as you start to dig out! Ciao, amici! Think of the summer heat to come. Last summer was the hottest on record; it’ll probably happen again.
