All of my Italian friends will be amused to see this focaccia store operating in the food court of Takashimaya department store! Well, I never did see such a thing before! The Japanese have taken a modest food product from beautiful Italy and made an entire food store around it.

The best first! Shopping at Takashimaya.
At my request, Rudy spent some time on Sunday in the kimono department of the Takashimaya store. These were the few photos and one video he sent me. I’m hoping I can get him to return and spend a few hours looking at the various components, fabrics, and finished kimono.
Because this is just a tantalizing taste! I want more, much more! And details!
