Hens can be incredibly affectionate towards a person.
Must be true! I have friends who keep chickens in their urban back yards and love them as much as any other pet! I’m hoping to keep chickens some day
We have had hens, rescues from battery farms, and they can become devoted to you, come looking for you, settle on your knee.
