This post is late! I’ve had so much to post about all summer that I am only just now getting these shots from Rome up.

It was a day of aimless wandering. Following a “leader.” Just impressions and enjoyment along the way. It had been a while since I’d spent time in Rome and I was just happy to be back in the Eternal City.

It was a beautiful, sunny afternoon, not at all hot yet. The summer heatwaves had not yet arrived.

The man above is carrying what?…a baby?! What?!

This signage seems woefully inadequate for the magnitude of the site!

Someday I must make time to visit this museum!
