Sometimes i think, No matter what you think of this religion, without it none of his would have been made, developed, achieved.
I absolutely agree. When I look at art, I don’t praise it for the subject matter, in fact, with religious art I don’t even think about the subject. I look at the technique, the skill, the formal composition, etc. I get tired of people complaining about the repetition of subject matter and who are not able to look past it.
